Who is responsible for maintaining the VA Trail?

The VA Trail is maintained by Federal Business, LLC dba Business of VA.

Can I request to get my company added to VA Trail?

No. A company cannot request to be added to the VA Trail. The VA Trail was independently created by former executives of the Department of Veterans Affairs who applied a proprietary algorithm to select exhibitor companies to be on the VA Trail.

Does the VA Trail change over time by adding or deleting exhibitor companies?

Yes. Since the list of exhibitors at HIMSS23 changes over time, so does the list of companies selected to be on the VA Trail. We regularly review the list of exhibitors to update the VA Trail up until the HIMSS23 conference takes place. For example, last year, COVID changed the plans of many exhibitors and the VA Trail changed accordingly.
